21-Day Live Intensive

THE NARCISSISTIC FAMILY YOU GREW UP IN INSTALLED RULES YOU'RE STILL RUNNING.

TIME TO SEE THE CODE.

If you were raised in a narcissistic, controlling or chronically boundary-violating family, some of the rules you learned as a child may still be influencing your relationships, decisions and sense of self today.

Over 21 days, we will work systematically on identifying those old patterns, interrupting automatic responses and building a practical toolkit you can continue using long after the intensive ends.

  • Starts Sunday, October 4, 2026
  • Daily direct answers from me inside the community
  • 21 guided daily practices — self-paced within each week
  • 70 seats only to protect the small-group experience
  • Lifetime access to the training
  • 4 weekly 2-hour live face to face video calls with me - I’ll answer any questions you have about the course
Previous Live Intensive Feedback

What People Experienced In Our Last Intensive

These comments come from participants in my previous live intensive. This is a new program, with fresh material, built around the same live structure, direct guidance, and focused daily work.

YOU MAY HAVE LEFT THE FAMILY SYSTEM YEARS AGO.

BUT PART OF THE FAMILY SYSTEM MAY STILL BE LIVING INSIDE YOU

You may be completely capable, intelligent and independent in many areas of your life... and then suddenly find yourself unable to say a simple NO to a particular person.

- You over-explain.
- You feel guilty for having needs.
- You take responsibility for other people's emotions.
- You give far more than you actually want to give.
- You tolerate behaviour you would immediately recognise as unacceptable if it were happening to somebody else.
- Or you repeatedly become attached to difficult, coercive or emotionally unavailable people despite knowing exactly what these relationship patterns look like.

That can be extremely frustrating. Especially if you have already spent years reading about narcissism, watching videos, analysing your childhood or going to therapy. The problem is that understanding what happened does not automatically stop the old conditioning from influencing what you do now. Some of the rules installed inside a narcissistic family system can survive long after childhood has ended.

Rules like:

- TOTAL OBEDIENCE IS MANDATORY.
- OTHER PEOPLE'S EMOTIONS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
- SAYING NO MAKES YOU SELFISH.
- YOUR NEEDS CREATE PROBLEMS FOR OTHER PEOPLE.
- KEEP THE PEACE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO ABANDON YOURSELF TO DO IT.

Those rules may no longer be spoken aloud. But they can continue operating automatically.

COMPLETELY NEW MATERIAL

I created this intensive specifically for people who were raised in narcissistic, controlling or chronically boundary-violating family systems and are still dealing with the consequences in adulthood.

And I want to be very clear:
21 DAYS IS NOT LONG ENOUGH TO RESOLVE CHILDHOOD TRAUMA.

That is not what I am promising. What 21 days can do is introduce you to a system and toolkit that you can continue applying for years. The objective is to identify the mechanisms that are still influencing you... understand them from a different perspective... interrupt some of the automatic responses... and begin establishing a different trajectory.

DAILY STRUCTURED WORK

Each day you will have psychological work to complete. Allow approximately 30–40 minutes per day.

This is an active intensive. You will get much more from it if you actually complete the exercises rather than simply consuming the material.

WEEKLY LIVE VIDEO SESSIONS

We will meet live every Sunday throughout the intensive.

You will be able to submit questions and I will answer them as clearly and practically as I can to help keep you on track.

COMMUNITY AND GUIDANCE

You will also have access to a community of people doing the intensive alongside you daily.

And you will have access to me if there are questions you need answered during the intensive.

What the work actually looks like

We are going to approach these problems using a practical psychology-as-engineering frame. Instead of endlessly analysing your parents, we will look at the mechanisms still producing consequences in your life now.

You will work with things like:

Difficulty saying NO without guilt, shame, fear or an immediate urge to reverse your decision.
Weak or unstable boundaries, particularly inside intimate relationships.
Feeling responsible for other people's emotions and feeling compelled to rescue, appease, fix or over-give.
Difficulties with sense of self that can develop after years of adapting yourself around other people.
Growing up in an environment where your experience was denied, minimised or rewritten can make trusting your own judgement extremely difficult.

You will also build:

Exploring patterns of becoming attached to difficult people and the possibility that old attempts to win love may be contributing to them.
Exploring how to distinguish genuine connection from emotional intensity and the activation of old relationship patterns.
Understanding why stability, calm and healthy relationships can sometimes feel strangely unfamiliar or even uncomfortable.
Identifying old family rules and introjects that continue influencing your behaviour long after childhood has ended.
Small actions that prove the new story in reality

This is for you if...

You were raised in a narcissistic, controlling, emotionally immature or chronically boundary-violating family.
You understand your childhood intellectually but still see the same patterns controlling your behaviour.
You struggle to say no to certain people without guilt or anxiety.
You habitually over-give, rescue, appease or take responsibility for other adults.
You repeatedly become attached to difficult or exploitative personalities.
You struggle to trust your own perception or decisions.
You want structured exercises and practical psychological tools.

This is not for you if…

You want to spend three weeks exclusively analysing whether your parents were narcissists.
You want passive information without completing exercises.
You are looking for a promise that childhood trauma can be completely resolved in 21 days.
You are looking for motivational hype instead of structured psychological work.

01
What exactly is this?

This is a 21-day educational intensive led by Richard Grannon for people dealing with the adult consequences of being raised in a narcissistic, controlling or chronically boundary-violating family.

It combines structured daily exercises, four weekly live video sessions, community participation and ongoing guidance during the intensive.

02
When does it start and when are the live sessions?

The intensive begins on Sunday, October 4, 2026. The live sessions take place every Sunday at 6 PM UTC:
October 4
October 11
October 18
October 25

03
HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED EACH DAY?

Each day: 4-minute video, 10 minutes journaling, 5-minute audio visualisation.

04
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE LIVE SESSIONS?

The weekly live sessions are designed to help keep you moving through the work. You can submit questions by text and Richard will answer them as clearly and practically as possible.

05
DO I HAVE TO SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THE COMMUNITY?

No. Community participation is encouraged because sharing some of your work can make the process more useful and reduce isolation, but you can share anonymously and decide what you are comfortable disclosing.

06
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO SUPPORT DURING THE 21 DAYS?

Yes. You will have access to the intensive community and Richard for questions during the active intensive.

07
What is the refund policy?

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase.

After that 48-hour window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds, rollovers, pauses, or transfers are available.

This is a deliberately limited-seat intensive. Once you enroll, we allocate program capacity, community access, and support resources to your place.

Please only join if you are comfortable with this policy and ready to commit to the intensive.

08
WILL I KEEP ACCESS AFTER THE INTENSIVE?

Yes. You will have lifetime access to the training so you can return to the system and toolkit whenever you need them.

09
Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational and supportive intensive. It may be emotionally meaningful, but it is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
