I specialise in helping individuals recover from the devastating effects of emotional trauma, including coercive control and narcissistic abuse. Since 2018, I have dedicated my work to guiding clients, both one-on-one and in groups, through their healing journey. Using a compassionate and holistic approach, I draw from a range of proven techniques including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), Practical Mindfulness. These methods are carefully chosen to meet you where you are, allowing healing to unfold at your own pace.
Having over 20 years of experience, I understand how isolating and confusing it can feel to recover from narcissistic abuse. I’ve worked closely with people just like you, helping them regain their sense of self, emotional stability, and confidence. My approach goes beyond coping; I help you rebuild trust in yourself, learn to set healthy boundaries, and recognise red flags to prevent future harm.
In 2009, I began working with local charities, supporting women and children affected by domestic violence and coercive control. There, I developed specialised courses focusing on trauma recovery and emotional resilience, tailored specifically for those who have been subjected to prolonged manipulation and control.
Since 2018, my one-to-one work has been exclusively dedicated to empowering survivors of narcissistic abuse. Together, we’ll work on regaining control of your life, healing the wounds of emotional trauma, and building a future where you feel strong, safe, and in control.
My approach is empathetic, solution-focused, and always paced according to your needs. You deserve to heal on your terms, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Anna brings a unique and deeply personal approach to trauma recovery, drawing from her own experiences with childhood trauma, Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD), and encounters with psychopathic and narcissistic abuse. Her journey as both a therapist and a mother of two has shaped her understanding of how trauma impacts not just the mind but also the body and nervous system.
Anna’s therapeutic approach is intuitive, empathetic, and rooted in body-based (somatic) practices. She prioritizes nervous system regulation, which is essential for trauma survivors to reconnect with their bodies and regain a sense of safety. By fostering self-awareness and teaching clients to listen to their physical responses, she helps them navigate their healing journey with greater emotional resilience and strength.
Since beginning her professional journey in trauma-informed care, Anna has worked with a wide variety of individuals, helping them identify and understand the lasting effects of emotional abuse. She is passionate about empowering clients to develop tools for self-regulation, healthy boundaries, and a deeper connection with themselves.
With a holistic and integrative approach, Anna incorporates techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic experiencing, allowing her clients to heal at their own pace while fostering a deeper sense of self-compassion. Whether working one-on-one or in groups, Anna creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can feel supported throughout their recovery process.
She is dedicated to helping survivors reclaim their lives by rebuilding their emotional well-being, restoring self-trust, and preventing future trauma. Anna believes that healing is not just about surviving but thriving, and she is committed to walking alongside her clients as they rebuild a life filled with safety, confidence, and joy.
